General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Area of application

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all electronically transmitted orders placed with beltastic.ch and beltastic.com and shall be deemed accepted, whenever you place an order.

 

2. Prices

 

The prices shall apply, which are given in the Internet at the time of the placement of the order. In addition to the final price, the respective shipping costs (acc. to the details given under item 3) will be charged.

 

3. Order

 

The details of your order (hereinafter ‘order details’) will be sent to you via e-mail for your information after the order has been placed. The specification of these details also comprises the different payment methods for the money transfer by post or bank, which is to be carried out in advance. Within the scope of the order transaction, the risk with regard to an untrackable, faulty transmission of the data shall be borne by the customer. However, the order will only become legally valid with the transfer of the total order value (see order details).

 

4. Delivery

 

The ordered goods will be delivered by the manufacturer as soon as possible after receipt of the payment, subject to the availability of the product (the terms of delivery given on the website shall apply). If some of the ordered products should not be in stock, we reserve the right to partial deliveries. Any deliveries abroad will be charged separately and settled with the exchange rate valid at that time. All goods will be shipped for the customer to the address given by them. The risks and dangers of delivery will pass to the customer with the handing over of the goods to the freight carrier.

 

5. Return policy

 

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within seven days from the receipt of the goods. If the products should not meet your expectations, you may return these goods within seven days with the duly completed returns form enclosed. In order to comply with this term, the goods shall be shipped in unworn condition and in their original packaging by post in due time. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund you the already paid final price without the shipment costs incurred according to the indications on the return form. If you return damaged or used products, we may assert claims for compensation. We cannot accept returns of products that were altered or especially custom-made. Additionally, belts with personalised inscriptions, if returned within seven days as indicated above, shall be remunerated with CHF 30.- as compensation, as these are individually made by order.

 

6. Privacy at beltastic.ch and beltastic.com

 

If you want to place an order or would like to register with beltastic.ch and beltastic.com, we ask you to enter personal information. We need this information in order to make your purchases more comfortable and to guarantee the service you expect from us. We assure you that your data will be treated in confidence and they will only be used within the scope of the commercial relation between you and beltastic.ch and beltastic.com. The data will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties.

 

7. Miscellaneous

 

Racist or offending texts will not be processed.

 

The present general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss legislation.

Legal venue is Bern; beltastic.ch and beltastic.com also have the right to sue the contractual partner at their place of business.
