Buying vouchers
Vouchers can be bought like normal products, when they are offered in the shop. When you have bought a voucher and it was activated upon successful payment, the respective amount will be shown in your shopping basket. You may now send the desired sum via e-mail using the ‘Send voucher’ link.
How to send vouchers
In order to send a voucher, please click on the ‘Send voucher’ link in your basket. In order to send a voucher, we need the following information: first and last name of the addressee; a valid e-mail address of the addressee; the desired amount (you may also send partial amounts from your balance); a short message to the addressee. Please double-check the entries you made before sending. Before you send the voucher, you can correct your entries at any time.
Shopping with vouchers
When you dispose of a voucher, you may use it to pay for your order. During the order transaction, you have the possibility to redeem your voucher balance. In case your balance is less than the actual order value, you will have to choose the desired payment method for the remaining amount. If your balance is higher than the order value, you may of course use the remaining balance for your next order.
How to enter vouchers
If you have received a voucher via e-mail, you can enter the respective amount as follows:
1. Click on the link given in the e-mail. If you do not have a personal account yet, you are given the option to open a new account.
2. After you have put a product in your basket, you can enter your voucher code there.
What to do if there is a problem
If, contrary to expectations, there should be any problems with a voucher, please contact us via e-mail: info@beltastic.ch. Please describe your problem as precisely as possible; we will also need: your customer number, the voucher code, error messages of your system as well as the browser you are using.
