Waist measurement

 

This is the circumference of the regular waistline between the upper edge of the hip bone and the lower ribs, measured while breathing normally, standing upright and with a relaxed stomach. (Measurements for belts for hipster pants: put the measuring tape around your body on the hip bone.)
